Weekly well-being support exploring all 12 Whole Teacher categories: stress, nutrition, joy, movement, social life, creativity, rest, finances, mindset, environment, relationships, & teaching.
2. Intros Establish The Why
Every week includes an inspirational introduction that establishes why every week's opportunities matter specifically for educators.
3. Intentional Weekly Process
Mondays offer motivational questions while Tuesdays-Fridays present opportunities to prioritize well-being inside and outside the classroom. Weekends provide extension opportunities.
